It has come to our attention that emails sent to club members with Bell.ca or Sympatico.ca accounts are being sent to Junk, Spam, or Bulk email folders and are being automatically deleted because of a setting in the member's email account.

Specifically:
Unable to receive emails from a specific email address

- Log in to webmail.
- Check if the missing email is in your Junk folder.
- Go to the settings (gear icon).
- Select Settings.
- Click on Security and make sure that Delete incoming junk mail is NOT selected.
- Scroll to Blocked Senders and make sure that the email addresses are not listed in the blocked email section. Make sure that domains 4seasonsprobus.com and wildapricot.org are not blocked.
